The first consignment of national Radars has now arrived in Afghanistan.

The Installation contract of Afghanistan independent Radars has been concluded by the Civil Aviation Authority with the French company (Thales) for 112 million Euros.
Afghanistan’s independent Radars will be installed in 12 different parts of the country and will enable the control of Afghanistan’s airspace from zero point to 45,000 feet to have control and effective monitoring of Afghanistan’s airspace.
